Cannot get help with continual internet performance issue

I have called several times, they have sent someone to my house twice but the problem continues. Calling support is useless, they cannot help and only promise to have someone call who never does. The internet started being flaky several weeks ago. I got a new router and it is activated but the issue continues. I pay for gigabit speed and am getting  about 200mb on a direct Ethernet connection and worse on wireless I work from home and my calls are dropping and dropping out. I need help but no one will get me in touch with advanced network support. Calling in is nothing but frustration and a waste of time. Help!!

Good evening @mwfrst8ed! I can see why this is frustrating, especially after you've already worked through multiple support teams, had technicians out twice, replaced the equipment, and are still dealing with unstable service while working from home.

Based on what you've described, this concern has moved beyond initial troubleshooting. Since technician visits have already occurred and the issue remains unresolved, the next step is a follow up technician appointment so the previous work can be reviewed and the concern can be escalated further if needed. This allows the technician to compare the current findings to the prior visits and determine whether additional action, such as involving our network teams, is necessary.

@mwfrst8ed - We've been working with our field team the last few weeks, and discovered that they scheduled someone to come out yesterday to address an outside line. Because it's been a while since we've heard from you, I wanted to circle back around to your post here, and see if you still need any assistance. While this may not be your top choice for communicating with us, our team will always do whatever we can to help resolve any concerns or issues. Please feel free to reply directly to us in the next day or two if you need to! Otherwise, you're always welcome to start a new post down the road if something else comes up. Hope you're doing well! Thank you very much for all your time and efforts on this.

My circumstances changed and I am moving. I cancelled the visit to my house three separate times as I am moving and also did not think it would solve the problems. They showed up anyway and painted the grass everywhere needlessly. I cancelled again and everyone said it was cancelled. Then some contractors showed up to change the line and first were looking at my neighbors house not mine (again) and I sent them away and said it was canceled. Then they showed up yesterday and while we were working they cut the line. I ran out and yelled at them. They just kept saying they had a work order. They cut the internet without letting me know, knocking on the door or anything. It was the same people I sent away last week. Comcast is completely ridiculous in terms of all of this. It’s impossible to interact with you without needless and pointless confusion. AND you charged me $100 for a visit to my house! This was all RIDICULOUS. At this point I am at a loss for words. I know this will all be ignored and no improvements or apologies or credits will be made.

You have my phone number, I don’t know why it is always on me to track you all down. This process is nothing but painful.

You apologize and STILL do absolutely nothing. Way to live down to my and everyone’s expectations. Me needing to DM you is ridiculous. Why don’t you DM me or simply call me?
