Cant connect with PlayStation Network through my Gateway Router

I have moved to a new apartment and bring Xfinity service and Gateway Router with me. I also acquired enhanced xFi security.

In my new place, I cant connect to my Playstation Network account for online gaming and store, despite my PS5 gets Internet service.

I was able to access in my previous place.

I know the issue is connected to my router, because i can login through my phone data plan.

(I have tried to talk to an agent or a technician though the app, but i got in a troubleshooting loop with the automatic assistant)

Checking in PlayStation Support, they mention about opening a port in the router to solve the issue
