CDTI CTMX

@xifnity I just activated my Xfinity modem and it’s already showing 5 CTDI CTMX devices connected to the modem. 

I believe I received a refurbished modem. This is 100% unacceptable.

Good morning Aunyell! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums community for help with the new gateway. I'm sorry to read that you are showing devices connected to your gateway. Within the gateway settings were you able to remove those devices? If not, we can work with our repair teams or have a new gateway sent over.

@XfinityPaula​ no I did not have the option to remove them, only pause them. I would like them removed from my gateway.

Have you checked out that link ? Turn off MoCA. Use a PoE filter and see.
