Change external IP
Hi, I'm having trouble reaching two of my own websites from my home internet connection, and I believe my public IP address may have been flagged or filtered by your network.
**Details:**
- My current public IP is
- I can't reach my own servers ) from home — connections time out completely (no response at all, not even a refused connection).
- These same sites load fine from other networks (e.g., my phone on cellular data), so the servers themselves are up and healthy — this points to something blocking outbound traffic from my home IP specifically.
- A traceroute from my home network to these sites fails at the very first hop past my modem (10.0.0.1), before traffic even leaves your network — it never reaches the destination.
- I rebooted my modem/router for several minutes, but was reassigned the exact same IP address (), so a fresh IP hasn't resolved it.
- This may be related to some legitimate security testing traffic I generated recently from this connection to servers I own and control, which may have triggered an automated abuse/security flag on your end.
**What I'm asking:**
Could you check whether my IP (or my account/line) has any active security hold, abuse flag, or filter applied, and remove it if so? Alternatively, if reassigning me a new IP address would resolve this, that would also work.

Sometimes sites / servers / IP addresses get blacklisted when they shouldn't be. As a possible temporary workaround, if it's enabled, you could try disabling their Advanced Security / Cyber Security feature and see;
