Changing my Wifi security settings to wpa3

My WiFi security setting is currently defaulted to WPA2. I work remotely and my companies computer will no longer work with WPA2. It demands that I use WPA3 from now on. I understand that the setting are managed remotely. Can that setting be changed/ do a need a new router? Do I need to use a 3rd party router (I saw one suggestion about turning the Comcast router into a Bridge and using a 3rd part router).

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

@user_evac2h Certain versions of our XB7 and all of our XB8s support WPA3. You can find that information confirmed in our Update Wifi drivers article. You can confirm which type of modem you have by reviewing our Overview of Xfinity Gateways.
