Channels on Router
I'd like to change the channel my 5 GHz band is on due to how populated the current one is, however all of the settings I need access to is apparently locked to my access due to it being automatically set for "the best performance" even though the current settings causes my connection to be extremely unstable.

I do apologize, customers with 2nd generation and newer xFi gateways have been upgraded with software that manages advanced WiFi settings automatically to help optimize your home network and provide the best performance possible. Advanced WiFi settings for gateways with this software enhancement are not visible and cannot be managed from the Admin Tool or Xfinity xFi.-Richard
