funny that someone less than a mile away gets better internet with post paid and they don't have "scheduled maintenance", another thing about scheduling maintenance IS ITS USUALLY SCHEDULED BEFORE THE INTERNET GOES OUT but no I lose power and Internet and you then tell me my Internet will be out until 1 am then turn around and say that there is scheduled maintenance at 2 am 🐂 💩 and not being able to tell your ai FROM THE START I WANT TO TALK TO AN AGENT AND REFUSING CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST BECAUSE THERE IS MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE ILLEGAL funny enough my buddy who has post paid can probably reach you whenever NOT THAT HE HAS TO.
