clear event logs
I cleared the Event Logs on my personal Netgear modem/router. I am trying to troubleshoot some problems and Netgear Support is telling me I need to have Xfinity clear the logs on their end also. The Xfinity Assistant does not understand this and keeps offering unrelated/irrelevant help.
How do I get these cleared?
