CM1000v2 (approved device) capped at 90 Mbps on 400 Mbps plan — rep claims it can’t be provisioned
Phone support attempted reprovisioning multiple times (the event log shows the resets and DS profile assignments coming through), but the speed never changed. The rep then claimed the modem “can’t be provisioned” and insisted I lease an Xfinity gateway. Given the signal stats above, the device is clearly provisioning and operating normally — it appears the wrong boot file/speed tier config is being assigned.
Could you please:
1. Verify the device on my account is registered as a CM1000v2 and not misidentified as the delisted CM1000 (v1)
2. Remove and re-add the device, and confirm the boot file being pushed matches my 400 Mbps tier
