CM1100 internet green LED is off, but I still have full internet!

Trying to determine if I have a bad modem or if there is an internet connection issue turning the green led off.

I restarted the modem and the led turned orange on modem startup, and then no green, but full internet, 500 Mbps.

Ran the logs on the modem (192.168.100.1)

, and in the logs have a lot of these recent critical(3) issues.

"UCD invalid or channel unusable;CM-MAC=[Edited: "Personal Information"];CMTS-MAC=[Edited: "Personal Information"];CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;"

Do I have a bad modem, or does Infinity need to fix my connection?

It annoys me that the green led is off.

RLM5 Thanks for reaching out about the internet device issue even with service working. I would be happy to troubleshoot with you to find out why it keeps blinking. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
