CM3000 not delivering X2 Gbps download and upload speeds

Replaced my old CM2000 Cable Modem with a new CM3000 Cable Modem on June 3rd to take advantage of my X2 Gigabit speeds I'm paying for.  Here is my latest speed test results.

What information would Xfinity support like to help me the internet speeds promised by Xfinity?

Hi there! Our team is happy to look into this for you. Were you able to add your new modem in the Xfinity app?

Hi Airelle, I was able to add my new modem in the Xfinity app.  I seem to be seeing No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out messages repeatedly as well as TCS Partial Services messages in the Event Log of my NETGEAR CM3000 modem. I think this impacting my upload speed.
