Connection dropping/gateway shutting off
I’ve had my XB6 set up for about 2 weeks now and I’ve been having issues with my connection.
Every once in a while the gateway will lose connection to the internet. It will then start blinking orange and eventually reconnect.
Sometimes I’ll come home and the WiFi and LAN network will be completely down. Plugging into the back Ethernet ports does not work. The gateway appears to be on because I can hear the fan but it appears to be doing nothing. Power cycling the gateway seems to fix this issue but only temporarily.
I’ve tried following the troubleshooting steps on the app multiple times but it hasn’t fixed anything. I’ve also tried tightening and loosening the coax cable but to no avail.
