connection keeps dropping - packet loss

I'm having ongoing packet loss / connection drops when I'm on work calls (Teams). It's driving my insane. I've reached out to Xfinity and my work IT department multiple times. Xfinity keeps "upgrading" me but it's not fixing the problem. What other options do I have?

@EG I am also experiencing connection issues, most notably when gaming. I went through that troubleshooting guide and troubleshooting with Xfinity Assistant AI but I am still experiencing issues.

No, I have been in contact with Xfinity reps and have restarted my connection & modem non stop. Xfinity keeps selling me extra things (a mobile line?) when all I need is stronger internet.
