Constant high ping/latency on PS5 using ethernet and WIFI

As title says. I am experiencing high ping/latency on all games on ps5. I have the xb8 modem and the 2Gig plan. I have TP Link Deco mesh acting as a router connected to the Xfinity modem via Ethernet and have bridge mode on and checked with their support team and everything is good from their end. Issue happens regardless if I am connected via Ethernet or WIFI. Tried all troubleshooting and nothing worked! Had bridge mode on and off didn’t work! Replaced all cables nothing worked! Had 3 technicians come to my house and changed the underground line, the coaxial cable and modem. It worked for a couple of weeks than the same problem is happening again!

Thanks for taking the time to reach out through our community forums, user_zihba8! As a fellow gamer, I apologize that you're running into consistent latency. To get a better idea of the issue, have you noticed this on any other devices in the home? Also, you mentioned that you have the Deco in between the gateway and the console. Do you still experience issues if the PS5 is connected directly to the XB8 via ethernet?

Thank you for clarifying those things, @user_zihba8. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
