Constant outage (daily) since 2 months ago

I have been experiencing daily outage for hours especially from 12pm and 6pm lasting several hours daily.   This is very disappointing service as the problem is prolonging now for more than 2 months and happens daily without fail on the same time.

please advise how will xfinity resolve the problem and when can I get consistent internet service without a disruption daily.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
