Constant outages- Bronzeville IL

What really is going on! I am beyond frustrated with Xfinity! This outages occur every single day! Sometimes for hours? There is nothing reliable about this service that cost so much but we are not enjoying what we are paying for! Anybody switch from Xfinity that can recommend a better service???
