CONSTANT OUTAGES DURING COLDER WEATHER
We live in a newer development in Florida. Every time the temperatures are in the 40s or below, we experience internet outages. It's beyond frustrating since I work remotely. Temps have started dropping this year and we are back at it again. The internet has been out since 11 pm last night. It's now 9:30 am the next day. No upgrades have been done, and Xfinity has done nothing to come out and troubleshoot the issue. They will send a tech out 3-5 days later, and by then the temp is usually back warmer and the issue doesn't exist. The cost of your services continues to increase, and it's impossible to speak to a human on your phone lines. No matter what option you select, the automated line continuously tries to connect you to Xfinity assistant! The customer service has gone downhill. Please resolve this ASAP!
