CONSTANT OUTAGES

Seems Xfinity has the money to sponsor sports and ESL gaming but no money to actually provide the services it's contracted for by its customers. I haven't even had this service back for 3 weeks, every weekday from 4pm-6pm (during my workday) my internet goes down and I'm unable to work. I'm ready to leave. This is total [Edited: Language]. I won't even get into the [Edited: Language] I had to go through a few years back when their subcontractors of their subcontractors came into my backyard at 6:30am unannounced, peeping in my bedroom windows while I was getting dressed for work to dig an entire TRENCH across my backyard easement. The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
