Constant wifi drops with X1 router
I've been getting daily drops from my X1 for probably 2 months now. It's happening on all my devices (desktops, laptops, and tablets) randomly every day. It doesn't matter if its gaming, surfing, or streaming the drop can happen. I had it drop on me twice during a work Zoom call and ended up having to use my cell (off wifi) to finish the call. So... looking for options. I've gone three the "Xfinity assistant" gig, and that was 15 minutes of frustration ending up with a bounce of the router. Which ofc fixed nothing (ironically got a drop like 30min after) and I've done myself. Since it's a managed device, firmware and updates are handled via Xfinty, soooo... ya. I can do a factory reset (and will likely try) or buy a third-party router (which I am leaning toward). If anyone has a suggestion, I'm all ears. Btw, looking at the Netgear CAX80.

Since you already took the steps using the Xfinity Assistant troubleshooting I will need to look at your account from here. I will be able to see where things are so I can get this fixed.
