Customer service agent promises tech will show up every day for weeks and still hasn't

A little over a moth ago I had xfinity internet installed at a new construction home. The tech said he didn't have any home boxes (grey box that goes on the side of the house where the cords come into the house) with him so he would return the next day to install it. He never showed up to install it. A couple weeks later, i chat with an agent on the xfinity app to ask if i can get a tech to come by to install it. They say yes and tell me the tech will be there the next day between 8am-8pm. The tech never showed up, so I chatted again the next day and the agent i chatted with apologized and said the tech would for sure be there the next day. This same thing happened every single day for 2 weeks. I finally was able to talk to a supervisor who assured me the tech would be there the next day. He said my appointment was prioritized, and promised that no matter what, i would have a tech show up the next day. Well guess what, a tech never showed up. I have chatted with agents every day repeating this process, trying to explain to them that every previous agent has assured me a tech will show up, yet they never do. 

HOW CAN I GET A TECH TO SHOW UP?? It will take them 5 minutes to isntall the box on the outside of my house!
