Hello. I've had internet outages at my address for nearly 1 and a half years. I've had endless tech's out and theyve dont everything short of replacing the service tap. The lines coming from the bucket to my modem are less than 2 months old.
But still my interent goes out intermittently several times a day accompanied by the "Missing option 82 and 24"
I use a TP link AX11000 for all traffic and the XB7 as a modem. Bridge mode is currently enabled. On the router I've disabled all IPv6 functions as well as reserved IPs on the routers DHCP system. Ive turned off STATEFULL box on the XB7 and changed the lease period on my router to 1440 min or 24 hours to try and get it to renew the lease as infrequently as possible and my internet still goes out 10+ times a day.
One of the techs even tried to escalate the situation with his superiors but they said the signal seemed fine and didnt do so. He sent me the attached pictures as proof.

I've read in this forum that there is nothing I can do on my end, with my equipment to fix this problem and it is something on Xfinity's end with how the equipment is configured. Please help.

For any following: I’ve got a fourth technician coming out with plans to change the XB7 to an XB8. I will do my best to keep this post updated as most other posts I’ve seen with this issue never list a solution.

The technician has left, he determined the signal is fine which can be seen from the attached photos at the start of this post. He didn’t however bring an XB8 like the “Advanced Support Team” I was on the phone with said I needed, and he said that he would get us one and left.
It has been 8 minutes and I have no internet again.

Hello forum followers, the issue persists. Though the rate its occuring has drastically reduced to every half hour or so rather than every few minutes.
As an added benefit, no events or system logs are showing any errors now. Just our modems light goes red, we lose connection for 5 minutes, and then were back.
