For more than a week I have been having internet service drops. Technicians have come out to the house twice but I'm still experiencing drops. Is it possible it is the router is the root of the problem? They have improved the service by reducing the number of service drops per day but it is not acceptable. Good evening @nciwebguy! Reducing drops per day is nice, but still receiving multiple each day is far from the experience we want you to have! How recently was the last technician scheduled? To help eliminate all possible causes, we could certainly look at swapping your modem for one of our Wireless Gateways. Do you have an Xfinity store nearby where you could pick up one of our Wireless Gateways?
