Double internet accounts

Hi I have had an internet account for 11 yrs with Comcast and then in January I called to check prices and they some how set me up for another account. I only noticed when they began taking out money twice a month with two separate account numbers in my bank statement. I called but they won’t refund me! I was charged Jan-June and lost $225 before I noticed the charges. The new account was never connected to a router or anything so I was charged for services never rendered.
