Downgrading my Internet

"I recently changed to the NOW plan. Peacock is active, but the Disney+ activation button is missing from my portal. I have already cleared cookies. I would also like to discuss moving to the 500 Mbps Price-Lock plan for about $50 to simplify my account. Please advise on next steps."

We did have some hiccups with the activation for Disney+/Hulu, but most users are reporting the issue resolved. In some instances we did need to do some troubleshooting on our end. I'd be happy to help you get your activation completed, or switch to the 500 Mbps plan. When you get a moment, please send us a Direct Message with your name and service address. 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
