They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
Typically it is one per residential address. There used to be a way to get additional dynamic public / WAN IP addresses assigned to a connection but it is being phased out. It may still be available in your area.
@EG bummer for me. I have a situation where i would love to have at least 4 public IP addresses, its not absolutely necessary (mostly for outbound reasons). Oh well. Thanks for the response.
