[Edited] overcharge for nothing
Too many outages. Terrible phone service. They advertise as amazing and I yet to see it.
We should be reimbursed for every outage, plus monthly bill cut in half cause that's about all it works, if even that.

We should also be reimbursed, for the data and money spent when we go over because we can't use wifi half the time. Multi million dollar company and they can't figure anything. Reimburse us, make us happy customers. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
