Ethernet cord
Technician came out a couple weeks ago to make sure my Ethernet in the garage was hooked up to the main house modem. Finally installed tv and when I plug into Ethernet cord it does not work.

Solution: User just got some wifi mesh so she didn't have to use the defunct ethernet port. Xfinity did not solve the problem, but more technology did.
