Ethernet not working

Hi! I recently moved into an apartment that uses Xfinity, and while my WiFi has been perfect, none of the Ethernet ports in our room have worked at all. My friends also had this issue and said reaching out to you guys worked. Thanks!

Hello @user_eecv7p, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. As long as there are no issues with the Ethernet ports themselves, our technicians may be able to help get them working. However, please note that our technicians do not install or repair Ethernet ports inside homes. If the ports are damaged or not functioning properly, that would need to be addressed by a third-party electrician or networking specialist. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
