Extreme packet loss, latency, and jitter.. Completely unstable
I have been dealing a very unstable internet service with my Xfinity internet over the last 2 weeks.
My packet loss has been spiking at 90 and 100ms latency and jitter are spiking as well. I am losing my
connection on average 5 -7 times a day. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and
not one tech rep I spoke with had any idea what I was talking about. Xfinity used to be at least
decent service and decent customer service, the last 3 years this is horrible service and the
customer service is on a whole new level of garbage. Impossible to even reach a real person and
when you do they don't know their job well or they just transfer you off if they don't just hang up
on you. I promise as soon as I find another isp I will be dropping Xfinity immediately.

Hello, @Tsimp81 thanks for sharing this experience. If you’re seeing a connection issue like this most of the time we'll end up scheduling an appointment. Something you can try is replacing splitters, bypassing them, and replacing coaxial cables. It's worth double-checking these connections.
