Extremely poor connection

Please, I need assistance in order to solve my poor WiFi connection. The connection over the past month has degraded a significant amount and doesn't allow me to properly function with my normal tasks online. I am paying for much more than what I've received so far and this is unacceptable. I need a response from an XFinity employee to help me with this issue. It persists in my job and doesn't allow me to properly work.
