Failed connection of Ring and Eufy cameras after switching to XB8 Gateway

A couple of months ago, I switched to the XB8 Gateway because Xfinity kept pushing me to upgrade. At first, my 3 outdoor cameras (Ring doorbell and two Eufy cameras) worked fine, but a week ago, they all suddenly disconnected. I tried troubleshooting—including splitting the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands to connect the cameras to 2.4 GHz—but nothing worked. Honestly, Xfinity's service is poor, but it is sad that I have no other good options in this area. If anyone (human not AI-agent) from Xfinity sees this and can help with my issue, please reach out.

My Eufy and Ring cameras worked without any issues on the previous gateway model. Is it possible to swap my current XB8 gateway back to the older model I already returned? If so, what steps do I need to take to get it back? Thank you.
