Faster upload speeds

I believe, my neighborhood has completed the Next-Gen mid-split upgrades, and I own an approved Netgear CM3000. My account is still pushing the legacy 35 Mbps upload boot file to my modem. Can I receive the Next-Gen Speed Tier configuration to my CM3000 on my current 1.2 Gbps plan?

Just doubled checked,. It is a 1.3 Gbps plan.
