Firmware update for a couple of XE1-S devices
I was wondering if I could get some help with firmware upgrades for my xe1-s units. I got them used, and they have been plugged in for 3 days now. I have attached screen shots showing information regarding these devices. I got them used, and they have been plugged in for 3 days now. I see on the FAQ page (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfi-pods-faqs) that the latest firmware version is 3.4.1.9+. How can I get these devices upgraded to the latest firmware? Especially the one on 2.4.3... It seems that this one won't connect via ethernet cable and that is the way I would like to use it.

Just in case anybody finds this post and wants to know the solution, basically there was none. Firmware updates can only be pushed out automatically, there is no way to initiate the process by the user. I was told that the gen 1 devices are obsolete and no firmware updates would be pushed to my devices. Basically, no update possible.
