For the Past Three-Four weeks Been having Issues with network

Hi everyone,

I hope I can get a little help because I'm at my wits end and I work from home. We switched from a two in one modem router to the CM3000 and the RS100 router. The first week was perfectly fine but I was getting issues with my speed being only 100mps and I was paying for 1gig. Both desktops were connected to the router vs the modem because it seemed like only one device could be hard wired to the modem. Now the router isn't working properly with the modem and getting no internet. I've had a technician come out to my home three times already and this is affecting my work. These are the errors I'm getting from the modem:
