Frequent outages

Please stop doing performance issues during work hours. There is always an outage every single week in my area. I work from home and lost my last job for the frequent outages. I even upgraded my services twice in last year and it still keeps going out it’s insane. Please do network performance in the afternoons.

We offer convenient self-service options to check service interruptions through My Account, the Xfinity App, or the Xfinity Status Center at http://www.xfinity.com/support/status. Not all interruptions are planned events and while we do perform maintenance and network upgrades outside normal business hours to effect the least amount of customers that is not always possible.
