Frequent Outages

I want to know why there are so many outages. Also, why does it take so long to get back online. Do I need to get a different internet service for fewer outages?

The lack of communication speaks volumes about your concern for your customers.

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated with any info about them here ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

So, you're saying I need to leave my home, go to a neighbor's house, and beg them to use their internet service, or go somewhere that has an open wifi to find out information about the interruption in service at my home? That is NOT a solution, but is just another problem.
