Frequent Outtage

I’m honestly getting tired of Xfinity internet frequent outtage here it’s almost every week and this is affecting my work productivity being a WFH, what’s really going on? have had to go seat and work at a starbucks every other week! this is crazy

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated with any info about them here ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.


Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

it’s just not a good experience, service just came back on on this hour since it’s been out 3am on Friday 9/4. with this in mind i think it’s been an experience with this service even before now anyways thanks for the insights
