Gateway 10.0.0.1 page says devices connected to xFi pod are offline although they are online

All the devices connected to the gateway are listed as Online Devices while those connected to the xFi pod are listed as "Offline Devices" althouth they are actually connect and working. I am wondering how to resolve this problem. On the other hand, on my Xfinity app, all these devices are correctly listed...

I completely understand why you'd be reaching out — I’d do the same if I noticed something like that. It does sound a bit unusual for your pod to show up as an offline device while it’s still functioning properly. Just to help narrow things down, have you had a chance to clear the cache and cookies on your device? Also, if possible, could you try checking the status from another device to see if the issue persists? If you toggle the pods off then on again does the status change? We’re here to help, so feel free to share what you find — and we’ll keep working together to get this sorted out.

Hi, just to clarify, I'm referring to the devices attached to the pods' ethernet ports. They show up as offline on the gateway 10.0.0.1.  As far as the pods themselves, they don't show up at all on the gateway 10.0.0.1 as devices.

This is the reading you are receiving from your Xfinity app correct? Have you tried unplugging your pods and allowing them to reboot?

No, not from the Xfinity app! This is the reading from the gateway at 10.0.0.1 via a browser. The Xfinity app shows everything fine. I only care because I can't remote to my desktop even though I set up port forwarding because my desktop shows up as offline via the gateway login at 10.0.0.1. My desktop does show connected in the Xfinity app though but not in the gateway login.

Yes, I restarted the gateway and the pods but nothing changed.
