Help with my gateway

We installed a new desktop, the computer and the wireless streaming boxes all working fine. The problem is the Ethernet cable coming out of the gateway is not working

Let's get this fixed. have you tried another ethernet cable or another ethernet port on the modem? What is the make and model of the modem that you are using?
