Hitron Modem firmware

I have a Hitron CODA56 on a Next-Gen mid-split node. My upstream power is perfect at 43.7 dBmV, but my upload is stuck at 70 Mbps because the OFDMA channel is showing 'Disabled' in my modem log. Can you completely de-provision my modem from my account and re-provision it with the correct Next-Gen Gigabit boot file?

Hello @hengyu408, and thank you for posting on our Xfinity Community forums.

The CODA56 is definitely compatible for Next-Gen speeds for up to 100 Mbps upload as show on our Device Info page.  We'd be happy to take a look at your services with you to ensure that you have the correct bootfile and even perform a refresh on the modem if necessary.

To get started, please send us a direct message* with your full name and service address.  Once we have you verified on the account, we can verify equipment, your bootfile, and run some checks to ensure things are working correctly for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message*:
(*Note: Never send a direct message to us unless requested by us.)
