I keep getting the message that "This Xfinity device is paused" only on my TV and one of my (Windows) laptops. I cannot connect to wifi on these devices but I have fine connection on my phone. When I go to the app there is no paused device and I already tried rebooting the router and forgetting device and reconnecting everything. The problem persists.

Good afternoon Tschlech. I can certainly understand the trouble there. Appreciate the information you have provided. I do have a couple of questions in order for me to try and assist further. On the devices that are having trouble, have you disconnected from the WiFi network itself, and then reconnected? Are you using an Xfinity gateway?
