Horrible Internet Service
I have been a customer for over 20 years. In the past month, my service has been interrupted approximately 5 times and I am getting mighty ticked off. I have noticed during the time I have been a customer that the internet service is interrupted approximately decline, especially over the past month or so. There is no reason for the interruptions. I have a heart monitor that relies on the internet to send updates to my physicians. Xfinity, either buy better equipment or hire better experienced technicians to maintain your network. Last week, 2 of the 2 times our service has gone out, it was out for 5 hours. As of right now, I would never refer anyone to this company because you cannot depend on their product. If their was no monopoly, I sure as heck would be seeking another broadband provider.

@user_1c4kft We appreciate you for being a customer for so many years. Your loyalty is truly amazing. I'm sorry to hear of the connection issues you're having. Our Xfinity App is free and is a great resource to check for planned maintenance in your area. This is when we upgrade our networks and this can cause the service to be interrupted while the technicians are working.
Are you experiencing downtime currently?
When your connection is down do you receive any notifications from us that the connection is down on our end? This lets us know if its something we are aware of or if its something else that we need to investigate.
