Horrible rediculous service
Look I have at it with this company. In all of my years of having internet service. I have to say this by far is the worst service that ive had. Its the worst all the way around from customer service to the internet down to the technician. We cant work from home, baby cant watch her little educational shows. There is no guarantee the internet is going to stay on. You cant speak with a live rep. The technician dont show up. [Edited: "Language"] is the purpose for having a company if you cant help your customers. I absolutely with all my heart hate Xfinity so i am leaving going back to At&t. Atleast I know they will take care of you and respond on time. I have had bad internet for a year and the last 2 months have been [Edited: "Language"]. Understand im posting about this bad service all over social media. Im gonna contact the BBB to see if they can help because we are on automatic payment so our payments are never late but we cant get help. Cant say have a good day cause ours isnt.
