Hotspot not working at my location

Hi. The Xfinity hotspot at my location is not working properly. The finder tool says it is active but it's not showing on any devices here. The hotspot address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Can you see if this hotspot is operating properly? Thanks.

The address of the hotspot was available on the finder app it wasn't personal information. Not sure I'm asking this question in the right area and the Xfinity assistant was no help and is the worst customer service tool I've ever used.

I have not had issues connecting to other hotspot networks. This hotspot that is currently not working is not at my home. It is near my place of work.
