How do I ask a question here

I am having, constant outages of my internet. It is so bad that I am being billed on my phone,  My roommate  is suffering the same outages. His computer goes down.

My phone will default from my home network  to billing if my network goes down. I don't know if I need to change providers for phone and Internet. The phone defaults but still works

This has been constant since I got service here in NM. Xfinity has always been dependable before in Cal. Maybe it isn't here.

I have no idea what is going on. I have a new router. I was told that was the problem. It doesn't seem to be.

user_38xw85 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance. I'm sorry to hear about the recurring disconnections. Have you checked our Xfinity App or Support Center to verify if there is a service interruption affecting your area? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you reboot the modem manually or through the app? Are you renting our gateway? Or using your owned modem?
