How do I get access to direct messaging?
I realize that you make it as hard as possible to reach actual support, but if I can get to the icon for direct messaging, I may be able to make progress. I understand that part of your denial of service strategy is to make that impossible until a post has been made -- without saying that anywhere. Now I hope to see the icon. If not, goodbye Xfinity.

Be advised that sending an unrequested direct message to the support team is a violation of their forum guidelines. It may get ignored.
Please see this post about direct messaging the support team;
