As @EG mentions in their response, the more information you can provide to us on what you're experiencing, the more efficiently we can help you. Also, if you have not already done so, or haven't done it in a long time, you may want to pull the power cable out of your modem for about 30-seconds and plug it back in. That will cause the signal we are sending you to refresh to see if this is an isolated issue.
