How to Rest AdminTool Password

Hi, I've been trying to rest my admin tool password and the main thing I have been told was to do a factory reset of my router. I have done that two times and the default username and password are still not working and I was wondering if anybody else can chime in to help me with the issue. I've did the factory reset procedure twice by holding the "reset" button on the back of my modem until all the lights go off and then going through the setup process of the app, but when I go to 10.0.0.1 it still claims that the password is incorrect. Thank you for your time.

After a reset to factory defaults operation, the default password either becomes password or the one that is written on the label on the bottom or the back of the device.

@EG Thank you so much, I kept seeing that it would just reset to the default admin/password.

UnemployedTechie To confirm, were you able to get in with the default password after the reset?

Thanks, I was having the same issue! Apparently, the password for the setup SSID is also the admin password, because...that worked!
