How to turn off privacy network feature on Xfinity?
I tried to turn off the "Private Wi-Fi Address" feature, but I can't find the setting to turn off the privacy network feature on my devices, including my iPad and my Windows 11 computer. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I really need to access Pokémon Center ONLINE (and I am desperately trying to resolve the problem), so give me solutions [please and thank you].

Hello @BNSFfan1848, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. To disable the Advanced Security feature on your Xfinity WiFi network, navigate to the Security tab within the Xfinity app, select Advanced Security, and then choose "Turn Off". This will disable the 24/7 risk monitoring and real-time reporting for your home network.
