I closed my account sept 25 2025. they told me i would recieve a $30 credit. they didnot close my account and have now charged me $28 dollars. I was told on the 25th call that if i called back within 7 days i would loose my credit. of course the monthe rollled over into october so ofcourse  they chaRGED ME AN ADDITIONAL MONTH. THEY SAID I DID NOT CONFIRM I WAS CANCELLING. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM FOR 78 MINUTES AND TOLD THEM I WAS CANCELLING OVER 45 TIMES DURING THAT CALL. I AM NOW ON HOLD AGAIN FOR 25 MINUTES AND HOLDING WITH AVERY NICE PERSON NAMED rOSE ID # 081 WHO SAYS SHE WILL CANCEL ME THIS TIME AND DELETE ALL CHARGES BUT I AM STILL ON HOLD AND NOT SURE IF THEY WILL NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN AND I WILL HAVE TO CALL BACK IN NOVEMBER..

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND I WILL NO LONGER EXPERIENCE CHARGES IN THE FUTURE?
